2. Description of Service DRC Creatives provides an SMS-based event discovery service. Users text our phone number to receive information about local events, including event listings, recommendations, and alerts.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. Some events we recommend may be age-restricted — it is your responsibility to confirm eligibility before attending any event.

4. SMS Messaging By texting our phone number you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

5. Event Information Accuracy We aggregate event information from public third party sources including Eventbrite, Resident Advisor, and other event platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event listing. Event details including dates, times, prices, venues, and availability may change without notice.

You should always verify event details directly with the venue or event organizer before attending. We are not responsible for cancelled events, inaccurate listings, or any losses arising from reliance on our event information.

6. Ticket Purchases We provide links to third party ticketing platforms for your convenience. All ticket purchases are transactions between you and the relevant ticketing platform or event organizer. We are not a party to any ticket purchase and are not responsible for any issues arising from ticket purchases including refunds, cancellations, or fraud.

7. Prohibited Use You agree not to:

  • Use automated means to interact with the service

  • Impersonate any person or entity when using the service

8. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and technology associated with this service is owned by Local Guide San Francisco. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Guide San Francisco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any event you attend based on our recommendations.
